From customer-specific add-ons to customised faceplates or faceplate extensions, such as the Numeric keypad 800xA faceplate add-on and Composer - ANMON with 8 freely selectable limit values - software development has many facets at Kessler Process Automation. Only one thing is always the same: our software must fit the customer's task - not the other way round. Anyone who tries to apply the standard to an individual case is limiting themselves. We analyse the customer's initial situation and develop the required software solution from the status quo, including, for example, the implementation of calculation programs in the control system or ZOV-Sync. We can also maintain standard software and the libraries that already exist in the company, but still expand them with many useful and customised tools to keep them fit for the future.

System Condition Monitoring

Our Mission

The key point of our SCM is that it enables users to monitor information from many devices simultaneously from a centralised solution. This makes working at both positions more efficient, as the information display is not spread too widely. With a specially customised display for each device, the SCM offers all the possibilities and advantages of a modern process control system and thus combines these functions with those of intelligent system monitoring. The result of upgrading to our SCM is, on the one hand, that you can benefit from self-sufficient monitoring, which can also be used to implement individual system customisation and display with customer-specific typicals. On the other hand, the Kessler PA SCM guarantees fast data processing and connection via OPC as well as all the possibilities of a modern process control system.
